The pain
IRB offices live in consent forms and protocols. The current tools store them as flat attachments — every revision becomes a new file with a hopeful filename. The redline lives in someone's inbox.
How it works
PDF, DOCX, recruitment images — up to 10MB per file. Each upload is scoped to the study and (optionally) to a specific document version.
Each new version of a protocol or consent form gets a number, a change note ("Added withdrawal section per Bloom"), and an author. The full history is one click away.
Compare any two versions side by side with green-additions and red-deletions at word granularity. No more "what changed in §6 between v3 and v5?"
When a submission goes to the IRB, the document set locks. Subsequent edits become a new version of the document, not a silent overwrite.
The demo is a real, populated workspace. No signup, no email.
