The pain
Convening an IRB is the most ceremonial part of the workflow — and the most spreadsheet-driven. Building the agenda, tracking who showed up, capturing motions, drafting determination letters one by one. None of it has to be manual.
How it works
Schedule a meeting; the system pulls every submission ready for board review and proposes an ordered agenda. Drag to reorder, uncheck to defer to next month.
As members mark themselves present, the meeting card flips from amber "quorum NOT met" to green "quorum met." No more counting heads.
Each agenda item gets four buttons: Approved / Conditionally approved / Deferred / Disapproved. Click one — the submission status updates, the study status updates, the determination letter generates with cited regulations.
Type minutes directly on the meeting page. Saved as part of the meeting record. Exportable as part of the inspection packet.
